About me

Hi, I’m Anisa!  I live in Alberta, Canada with my husband and two boys, Kian and Ryan.  As my 7 and 4 year old boys are growing up and learning about life, they’ve inspired me to create a kids podcast to explain the basics of money while inspiring good habits, values and money smarts.

As parents, we’re constantly striving to teach our little humans to have the best impact on themselves and others in their lives.  We teach them manners, kindness, how to read, how to share, gratitude and so on. However, not enough of us are teaching our kids about money management, even though this is a basic life skill, like learning how to walk or read.

I’m not going to sit here and tell you I have it all figured out already, but I will share my journey with you as I go through it.  The ups, the downs and a whole lotta stuff in between! Between talking money with the kids, and all things technical involved in creating a website and learning how to podcast – it has been quite the ride!
